Attention all TAWA members:

The exhibition celebrating this event will be open, and inclusive, of all TAWA members and media with the exclusion of video and installations. Although this is an open exhibit, the show will be limited to approximately 75 paintings and 12 sculptures.  Drop off date is Saturday, June 23, 2007 9am to 12pm. This will be on a first come, first served basis and at the discretion of the Exhibition Committee to ensure that works are appropriately framed and presented in a manner fitting of the The Ellarslie Mansion.  The work is limited to two per artist.  Paintings should be no larger than 90” x 90”.  Works may be for sale with 70% of sale price going towards the artist and the balance supporting TAWA and the Trenton Museum Society. It will depend on space if we are able to get both choices to exhibit. (first come, first serve)

Also - the canvas on the side of paintings (if not framed) must be painted (cannot be left white).

When you drop off your work you will be asked to either help hang the show or gallery sit. Gallery sitting is for Sunday afternoons and you can choose either 7/7, 7/14, 7/21 or 7/28. All we are asking is 2 hrs. of your time to help make this show a success!! (Also have the opportunity to meet other artists.)

We also need help receiving works this Saturday 6/23 9 - 12 at Ellarslie.

Pick-up for the show will actually be on Saturday August 4, 9am - 12 noon.
