April 14, 2008 From Martha Runyon:
Small Miracles Foundation is an exciting non-profit in Princeton, Lawrenceville and New York City that provides music lessons for children who cannot otherwise afford them. We would like to invite you to our first ever Piano-a-thon on Sunday, April 20th, 2008, at the Princeton Public Library between 2 and 5 pm. Small Miracles is unique in that:
We make dollars and skill go a long, long way
We match children with high school aged musicians
We mentor and train the high school musicians in pedagogy
Instruments and sheet music are also provided
We hold workshops, seminars, masterclasses, field trips and recitals.
Small Miracles has helped over one hundred children achieve their musical dreams
And, just as many high school students have· discovered the joy of teaching and love of children.
