April 14, 2008 From Martha Runyon:
The New Jersey State Museum 's annual Super Science Weekend is a weekend-long festival intended to excite children of all ages about science with hands-on demonstrations and exhibits. This year's festival is the kick-off celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the discovery of “Haddy”, the world's first nearly complete dinosaur skeleton found anywhere in the world, excavated right here in New Jersey ! Super Science Weekend 2008 will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 17th – 18th, from 11am – 4pm each day, and is free and open to the public.
An invitation is extended to organizations to participate as exhibitors in the popular festival. Each exhibitor may choose to participate one or both days, and if requested, the Museum will be happy to provide tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
Please contact Jason Schein as soon as possible if you would like to participate, and please include the number of tables and chairs you will need, as well as which days you plan to attend.
