Please use the following form for all submissions. Please use one form for each submission.
NOTE: Films must have been completed AFTER October 1, 2006.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 14, 2008
Please submit completed submission form together with DVD copy of your project:
• BY MAIL to Trenton Film Society, P.O. Box 22430, Trenton, NJ 08607
• BY HAND to Trenton Film Society, 439 S. Broad Street, Suite 95, Trenton on March 13 & 14, 1-4PM ONLY. Call 609.396.6966 during those hours if you need additional directions.
